Even some have an addictive pattern when it comes to anger. In these types of people, anger is practically predictable and happen with regularity, like clockwork. What is an anger addict?
For most people, anger is a response. Thus, anger doesn’t come out unless triggered. On the contrary, an anger addict will get angry whether or not a trigger exists. Their anger follows a cycle that determines their response, which is not dependent on any external event.
